What is the best contact method to use?

If you need to contact Giftaboo, you can email customerservice@giftaboo.com or call 1-800-570-2553 to leave a message, and a representative will respond to your inquiry within 1 business day. For the quickest response, it is best to email customerservice@giftaboo.com.

How much is shipping?

Orders under $100.00 (not including shipping) have a ground shipping charge of $7.95. Orders that total $100.00 or over have free ground shipping (5-10 business days). Free shipping applies to deliveries to the continental United States only. Priority shipping (2-3 business days) is $12.95 for any order, and overnight shipping (1 business day) is $24.95 for any order. Please keep in mind that some items, including larger items, have additional charges. Any taxes or duties for shipments to Canada are the customer’s responsibility. Please email customerservice@giftaboo.com for shipping quotes to Alaska, Hawaii and other United States territories.

Do you ship to my country?

Currently, Giftaboo only ships to the United States and Canada. Any duties or taxes on shipments to Canada are the customer’s responsibility. Shipping delays may occur for shipments to Canada due to customs processing.

We are prohibited by several of our manufacturers from shipping some of our items outside of the United States. This will be noted on the applicable product pages.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

You only have to pay 6% sales tax if the shipping address for your order is located in Maryland.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged 1 day prior to shipment of your order. However, for all items that will be personalized, your credit card will be charged before any personalization work begins.

Has my order shipped?

You will receive email notification once your order has shipped. If you do not receive an email within 3 business days of placing your order, please email customerservice@giftaboo.com. Business days do not include holidays or weekends. Please remember that some items, including custom or personalized items, require longer lead times before shipping. This will be noted on applicable product pages.

What are my payment choices?

Giftaboo currently accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards, as well as payments via PayPal. We do not accept cash, check or COD as payment.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

Please submit any order cancellation requests via email to cancellation@giftaboo.com and any order change requests to orders@giftaboo.com.

Email cancellations or order changes must contain the following: first name, last name, order number, and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling or updating your order.

Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation or modification of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted, and your order was shipped out after, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged, including shipping. However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less shipping.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking information for your order. It may take up to 24 hours after the time that you receive your email notification before you will be able to view your tracking information, depending on how often the shipping carrier updates its tracking information.

My order never arrived.

Use your tracking information to confirm that you order was indeed delivered. If your order shows a status of “delivered”, please email customerservice@giftaboo.com.

An item is missing from my shipment.

Some items may be shipped separately as certain items are shipped directly from the manufacturer. So please confirm that all of your items have shipped by referring to the email notification that you receive when your order shipped. Use your tracking information to confirm that you order was indeed delivered. If your order shows a status of “delivered”, please email customerservice@giftaboo.com.

My product is missing parts.

Some items may be shipped separately as certain items are shipped directly from the manufacturer. So please confirm that all of your items have shipped by referring to the email notification that you received when your order shipped. When will my backorder arrive?

Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.

Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
