Shipping & Delivery
All orders are usually processed in 1 to 2 business days before they are shipped, except during high peak periods such as holidays (which may take longer). Standard shipping for our products is via ground shipping. However, if you would like to receive an item quicker, please email us at 'customservice@giftaboo.com' so that we may check if the item you are interested in can be shipped via a quicker delivery method, and we will provide you with a shipping quote.
Privacy & Security
Your privacy is important to us, and our policy is simple: we will collect no personally identifiable information about you when you visit the Web Site unless you choose to provide that information. This Privacy Policy does not describe information collection practices on other sites, including those linked to or from the Web Site. The server on which the Web Site is located collects and saves only the default information customarily logged by web server software. Such information may include the date and time of your visit, the originating IP address, and the pages and images requested. Returns & Replacements
All non-personalized orders have a 30-day money back guarantee. To return a purchase, please send an email to 'returns@giftaboo.com' stating the reason for the return (i.e. ordered wrong size or color), along with the order ID number. You will receive a return authorization number to include in your return package. Customer will be responsible for any return shipping charges.
Please note that all custom or personalized orders are NON-REFUNDABLE.
In the event that we shipped you the wrong item or the item was damaged during shipping, please email us at 'returns@giftaboo.com' within 48 hours. Please state the problem and package the item in the original packaging, and we will make arrangements to have the item returned to us at our expense.
Ordering
You may order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We regret that we are unable to take any phone orders at this time.
Payment
We accept PayPal, therefore you may pay using Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. You will be directed to the PayPal website to complete payment of your order. A PayPal account is not required for this step.
Viewing Orders
You may view any of your orders by logging into your account. You need to have registered before or while placing your order for your orders to show up under your account.
Updating Account Information
After registering, you may log into your account at any time to update your account information.
